Refund Policy

At Promow Online, we strive to deliver the best social media marketing services. Due to the digital nature of our services, our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

1. Final Sales

Because our services are digital and provisioning begins immediately upon order placement, all sales are final. We cannot reverse the process once followers, likes, views, or other metrics have been delivered to a specified account or post.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after the order has been placed or balance has been added.
  • Account issues on the user's end (e.g., setting the account to private during delivery, deleting a post).
  • Entering the wrong link or username while placing an order.
  • Drops in followers/likes over time, unless the specific service purchased includes a refill guarantee.

3. Exceptions & Wallet Refunds

If an order completely fails to deliver due to technical issues on our end, and our support team cannot resolve it, the order amount will be automatically refunded to your Promow Online wallet for future use on our platform. We do not process refunds back to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, credit/debit cards) under any circumstances.
